At this time, we are only delivering to the Cambridge area.
Is delivery free?
Yes, we offer free delivery in Cambridge.
How can I refill my prescription?
You can email email@example.com or call us at (519) 650-5600 with the name of the prescription you want to be refilled. We will then check the availability of that product and will let you know when it is ready for pick up.
How can I transfer my prescription to you?
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (519) 650-5600 with the name of your current pharmacy and the prescription you want to be transferred to us. We will then contact your pharmacy and have the medication moved over. We will then let you know when the prescription is ready for pick up.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and e-transfer methods of payment.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept medication back after it has been paid for and taken out of our pharmacy due to health regulations.
